Osprey Electric has completed two passively designed home projects (only 4 built-in BC!). This is a new ultra-efficient construction method with very low tolerances for error. Our latest project with Pheasant Hill Homes was actually tested to be the most air efficient home in all of Canada. The Kiwannis project was a spectacular multi-family housing concept. We were the lead electrical contractor, implementing all wiring, panels, appliances, lighting and all other electrical requirements.
