Osprey Electric is a growing company, and we are looking for an experience Commercial Electrical Foreman to join our team in Nanaimo and Central Vancouver Island areas. We are committed to delivering top-quality workmanship, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the growth and success of our team. The ideal candidate for this position has experience leading crews of 5-15 people, experience being a Foreman on multi residential projects.
What You’ll Do:
Lead electrical crews (5-15 people) on commercial and multi-residential sites
Manage daily site operations to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence
Work closely with Project Managers to keep things running smoothly
Mentor apprentices and Journeymen. It’s your leadership that helps to grow future tradespeople
Maintain high standards or professionalism and customer satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery
What You Bring:
Red Seal Electrician certification
Strong background in commercial and multi residential projects
Experience with pipe bending, large distribution installations, and fast-paced job sites
Proven ability to lead and mentor crews of 5-15 people or more.
Excellent leadership, organized, effective communication skills, and solution- orientated.
Class B FSR (an asset)
