Workshop Outline: From Conflict to Connection – Clear Communication- We have an exciting day of learning and development coming up!! Osprey is happy to announce we will have Lesley Hayes, Senior Partner and CCO of Hesse Partners coming to host a leadership course on Crucial Conversations.
Objective: Many of us avoid difficult conversations, often discussing issues with others instead of addressing them directly. This workshop is designed to change that. By making crucial conversations a normal and valued part of our culture, we can reduce stress, improve relationships, and create a stronger, more connected team.
Date: There will be 2 sessions (both the same so you get to pick one)
April 23rd from 1:00 pm-4:30pm OR
April 24th from 8:30am- 12:00pm
