Foremen Workshop

As jobsite leaders we realize there are many different jobs you perform on the day to day. Sometimes things become repetitive, or you just can’t quite get your point across. We want to host a workshop that will tackle two objectives so you can be more thorough and engaging with your team. This workshop is being presented to all Foremen to fine tune your skills in leading effective Toolbox Talks and maximizing jobsite efficiency while minimizing downtime and waste. How do we change the way we do the Tookbox meetings so we get the maximum information shared and absorbed to make our jobsites safter and run smoother. What are some common practices that we can eliminate and help increase productivity. This 4-hour workshop is led by Tim Williams who specializes in foremen training and can provide us with a different perspective on how you can be better leaders by making some small jobsite changes. If there are Jman who are keen jobsite leaders and are interested in taking this workshop, please speak with your Foremen or PM to make sure we can arrange jobsite coverage.

When: This course is paid and during work hours. It will take place in both office locations:

Nov 23rd at the Campbell River Warehouse 8:30am-12:30pm & Nov 24th in Parksville office location 8:30am-12:30pm

Just to make this workshop even more fun we will have a Sausage Sizzle BBQ lunch directly following the workshop! Please make sure you RSVP and indicate what office you will be attending the event from.
